PT Dahana (Persero), an Indonesian state-owned company focusing on explosive manufacturing, drilling and blasting, Defence related  and related service. You will undergo rigorous 1-year training program on your preferred function where you will be expossed to different functions within the company. By the end of the program you are expected to be a prime candidates for Dahana’s future leadership role. PT Dahana (Persero) are looking for MANAGEMENT TRAINEE to be positioned as:

1. Mining Engineering (MIN) – Bachelor
2. Civil Engineering (CIV) – Bachelor
3. Chemical Engineering (CHE) – Bachelor
4. Accounting (ACC) – Bachelor/ Diploma
5. Management (MAN) – Bachelor/ Diploma
6. Business Administration (ADM) – Diploma

Requirement:

• Male/ Female
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Bachelor: Mining, Civil, Chemical Engineering, Accounting and Management
• Diploma: Business Administration, Accounting and Management
• Minimum GPA 2.75
• Able to communicate in English
• Familiar with computer (Ms office)
• Outstanding leadership and communication skill
• Passion to work in a dynamic PT Dahana Business
• Willing to work all over PT Dahana Business Office/ Site Project
